RAINY DAY AND RAIN FOR TONIGHT.

JACKSON COUNTY WILL BE GETTING A LARGE BUILDING IN THE MAQUOKETA INDUSTRIAL SITE, FOR NOTHING. THE OWNER (N. L. BASSFORD OF VALDOSTA, GA.) SO, AS SOON AS THE PAPERWORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED, THE SUPERVISORS WILL GET THE DEED AND WILL HAVE A WORK SESSION AND START GIVING SOME THOUGHT ABOUT WHAT TO DO WITH THE BUILDING. THE TAXES HAVE BEEN PAID. IT HAD BEEN RENTED ON AND OFF FOR WAREHOUSE PURPOSES. IT WAS BUILT IN 1990 AND S & H FABRICATING OPERATED ITS PLANT (AUTO PARTS) IN IT UNTIL THEY CLOSED IN 1999.
