HALLOWEEN IS OVER FOR KIDS IN MAQUOKETA. TRICK OR TREAT DAY WAS YESTERDAY FROM 4 UNTIL 6. THERE ARE NO COMMUNITY PARTIES PLANNED FOR KIDS. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THIS SITUATION IMPROVED NEXT HALLOWEEN. MAYBE THE YMCA CAN DO MORE FOR KIDS AT HALLOWEEN THEN.
