CONTROL AND WENT OFF THE HIGHWAY. HE WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL AND WAS CHARGED FOR NO PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE AND FAILURE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL. $6,000 DAMAGE TO HIS HONDA CAR.
