JACKSON COUNTY'S UNEMPLOYMENT RATE IN DECEMBER WAS 7.5 PERCENT, UP
FROM 7.1 IN NOVEMBER. THE STATE RATE DROPPED TO 6.3 FROM 6.6 IN NOVEMBER.
