THE OLD CITY HALL ART GALLERY IN MAQUOKETA HAS WON THE 2010 TOURISM AND ARTS AWARD SPONSORED BY THE IOWA TOURISM OFFICE AND TRAVEL FEDERATION OF IOWA. THE AWARD WAS PRESENTED TO ROSE FRANTZEN AT
THE ANNUAL IOWA TOURISM CONFERENCE HELD IN BURLINGTON THIS PAST WEEK.
