Clinton Engines Museum Ribbon Cutting (Chainsaw) Video.

HERE, AT LEFT, IS DAVE STOCKHAM OF STOCKHAM AND SON CONTRACTORS IN MAQUOKETA, THE LEAD CONTRATOR FOR THE CLINTON ENGINES MUSEUM. HE INTRODUCES HAL SPRAGUE WITH THE CLINTON ENGINES OLD CHAIN SAW. HAL HAS A SMALL ENGINE REPAIR BUSINESS IN MAQUOKETA AND HIS DAD, THE LATE BUZZ SPRAGUE, WAS A LONGTIME CLINTON ENGINES EMPLOYEE.
DAVE AND HAL ARE CLOSE FRIENDS AND WORKED ON THE OLD CHAINSAW TO GET IT GOING FOR THE RIBBON CUTTING. HOLDING ONE END OF THE RIBBON IS MARK STREFF. AT THE END OF VIDEO, THE MAN WEARING THE SUIT, IS FRANCIS BOGGUS, THE IOWA GREAT PLACES COORDINATOR, THE ORGANIZATION THAT GAVE A GRANT FOR THE CLINTON ENGINES MUSEUM PROJECT. HE WAS A MAIN SPEAKER AT THE SATURDAY AFTERNOON DEDICATION CEREMONY.
