JENNIFER WESTPHAL AND HUSBAND OWN THE JACKSON COUNTY HOME FURNISHINGS FURNITURE STORE IN DOWNTOWN MAQUOKETA. THEY LIVE IN DELMAR. FRIDAY NIGHT, HER SISTER JANA PALMER, AGE 30, OF SLATER AND FORMERLY OF GRAND MOUND, SUFFERED A SEVER ASTHMA ATTACK AND DIED AT THE AMES HOSPITAL, LEAVING 4 CHILDREN AT HOME, AGES 2, 3, 5 AND 10.
HER 10-YEAR OLD BOY BRAVELY CALLED 9-1-1. HUSBAND DAVID HAS BEEN AT FORT BLISS AND WOULD HAVE GONE TO IRAQ IN TWO WEEKS. SURVIVORS INCLUDE HER FATHER AND MOTHER, WELL-KNOWN BUSINESS PEOPLE, CHUCK AND DENISE GREGOIRE OF GRAND MOUND.

EVELYN MCKINSEY, AGE 80, DIED YESTERDAY AT THE MILL VALLEY CARE CENTER IN BELLEVUE.
SHE IS SURVIVED BY 3 DAUGHTERS, INCLUDING DIANE DERGANZ OF MAQUOKETA.
ALSO TWO SONS, JACK HINKE OF EL DORADO, CALIFORNIA AND PAT HINKE OF CEDAR RAPIDS. ALSO A STEPSON, MAC MCKINSEY OF DEL RAY BEACH, CALIFORNIA.

ANN G. SMITH, AGE 102, DIED YESTERDAY AT THE MAQUOKETA CARE CENTER.
SHE WAS FORMERLY OF FOND DU LAC , WISCONSIN AND SURVIVORS INCLUDE A SON, EUGENE STREETS OF MAQUOKETA.
