MAQUOKETA STATE BANK APPRECIATION NIGHT

THE MAQUOKETA STATE BANK (MAQUOKETA, ANDREW AND PRESTON) HELD
A FREE CUSTOMER APPRECIATION NIGHT LAST NIGHT AT THE 61 DRIVE-IN
THEATRE. WEATHER WAS NOT THE BEST, BUT NOT TOO BAD EITHER.
A COUPLE SHORT MISTY PERIODS AND MOST WERE OK WITH A LIGHT
A SWEATER OR COAT. THE TRAIN KEPT BUSY GIVING RIDES...THE HOME RUN CONTEST WAS POPULAR ALONG WITH SEVERAL OTHER KID'S GAMES.
THE PHOTO BOOTH HAD A LINE MOST OF THE TIME AND THERE WERE PLENTY BURGERS DONE UP ON THE GRILLS BY THE JACKSON COUNTY PORK PRODUCERS AND THE JACKSON COUNTY CATTLEMEN. THEN TO
END THE EVENING, A DRAWING FOR FREE PRIZES AND "THE SANDLOT" BASEBALL MOVIE. I TOOK MY CAMERA AND BELOW.....WE START OFF AT THE MAIN GATE.
