MAQUOKETA. DAMAGE TO VEHICLE VOY WAS DRIVING WAS
ESTIMATED AT $500. THERE WAS AN ESTIMATED $1,500 DAMAGE TO THE BICKFORD DRIVEN CAR REGISTERED TO JENNIFER WIEBENGA OF RURAL ZWINGLE. VOY WAS SIGHTED FOR FAILING TO YIELD.
