LAST NIGHT, THAT THE COUNTY WILL BUY THE PENROSE HOME ON WEST PLATT STREET, JUST WEST OF THE LAW CENTER AND USE IT FOR
OFFICES.   THEY MEET TOMORROW NIGHT TO FINALIZE THE PURCHASE
AND SO I'LL HAVE MORE ON THIS FRIDAY.    NO ONE IS LIVING IN THE
BRICK HOME NOW.  IT WAS BUILT IN 1951.
