AT THE SCENE. THEY ARE GARY WARREN, AGE 47 AND DAVID MULLER, AGE 45 ,
BOTH OF MAQUOKETA. GARY IS THE BROTHER OF SCOTT WARREN OF MAQUOKETA,
MANAGER OF THE YMCA. A 19 YEAR OLD IN THE BACK SEAT OF THEIR
CAR, CALEB WARREN, IS IN CRITICAL CONDITION. THE VAN DRIVER, AGE 18, FROM
MINNESOTA, WHOSE VAN CROSSED THE MEDIAN AND HIT THE OTHER TWO VEHICLES,
IS IN STABLE CONDITION. THE 3RD VEHICLE DRIVER WAS TAKEN TO HOSPITAL AND
RELEASED. HE WAS FROM CLINTON.
I HAD WRONG FIGURES ON JAIL VOTE PASSING YESTERDAY IN MY DAILY REPORT
LAST NIGHT.
