JUNE SCHOFIELD OF CHIPPEWA FALLS, WISCONSIN, DIED THIS WEEK. SHE IS SURVIVED BY A SISTER IN MAQUOKETA, DENYSE HUGHES.

IOWA LOST TO WISCONSIN LAST NIGHT IN THE FINAL SECONDS OF MEN'S COLLEGE BASKETBALL, AT IOWA CITY.

THE MAQUOKETA WRESTLERS WILL BE IN THE "SECTIONALS" THIS SATURDAY, AT MONTICELLO, STARTING AT NOON.

YES...THE MAQUOKETA ROTARY CLUB WILL HAVE ANOTHER "Duck Race" .. AND IT AGAIN WILL BE ON THE FIRST DAY OF SUMMER, MONDAY, JUNE 21, 2004.
