MAQUOKETA NEW BUSINESS

LAST YEAR, DR. ROGER WALLER AND TROY THEDE, BOTH OF MAQUOKETA,
PURCHASED THE OLD MAQUOKETA COMMUNITY BUILDING ACROSS THE
STREET FROM GOODENOW FIELD.    THIS SPRING, THEY REMODELED
IT INTO A CONTROLLED CLIMATE STORAGE FACILITY.   MAQUOKETA HAS
MANY  STORAGE PLACES, BUT NONE ARE HEATED IN THE WINTER.
MANY ITEMS IN STORAGE REQUIRE A CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE.
THE FACILITY WILL ALSO SERVE CLIENTS THAT DO NOT REQUIRE THIS.
ROGER AND TROY TOOK A NON-OCCUPIED UGLY BUILDING AND TURNED IT INTO A NICE APPEARANCE BUILDING, COMPLETE WITH SHRUBS.
THEY HAVE 66 UNITS, 5-FOOT AND 10-FOOT, AND THEY ARE OFFERING FOR
A SHORT TIME, AN EARLYBIRD RATE.     DR. WALLER IS PART-OWNER OF THE
MAQUOKETA FAMILY CLINIC AND TROY IS OWNER OF CENTERSTONE INNS
AT THE NORTH EDGE OF MAQUOKETA.
HAPPY STORAGE DAYS TO ROGER AND TROY.
