DANA CLARK, AGE 36, OF DELMAR, APPARENTLY FEEL ASLEEP ON A COUCH AND ROLLED OVER ON HIS ONE-WEEK OLD DAUGHTER CAUSING HER DEATH LAST YEAR.
HE WAS ARRESTED WEDNESDAY AND WAS RELEASED YESTERDAY FROM THE CLINTON COUNTY JAIL AFTER POSTING $25,000 BOND. WHEN THE DEATH OCCURRED BACK ON NOVEMBER 30TH, EMERGENCY PERSONNEL RESPONDED TO A 9-1-1 CALL TO THE CLARK HOME THE EMI PERSONNEL SAID THEY COULD SMELL ALCOHOL ON DANA CLARK AT THE TIME. THE TEST SHOWED THE ALCOHOL LEVEL AT .162.
