AND TOMORROW.
SCHOOL WAS DISMISSED EARLY THIS AFTERNOON AND WILL
DISMISS EARLY AGAIN TOMORROW AFTERNOON.
STILL HOT WEDNESDAY(UPPER 80')) BUT THEN COOLING OFF
FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK.
AND, WE HAVE HAD NO RAIN FOR A LONG TIME AND NO RAIN IN FORECAST
EITHER.
IT IS YELLOW EVERYWHERE...NO GREEN.

THE BIG NEWS THIS WEEK....THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW
LITTLE BEAR PARK (STARTING TOMORROW MORNING) AND SCHOOL
BOARD ELECTION DAY TOMORROW.

I DIDN'T GO, BUT HEARD THE "FOUR BITCHIN' BABES SHOW" SATURDAY
NIGHT AT THE OHNWARD FINE ARTS CENTER WAS VERY FUNNY....WITH VERY GOOD SINGING....AND A VERY GOOD TURNOUT.

RUMOR HAS IT, THE NEW KWIK STAR CONVENIENCE STORE AND CAR
WASH WILL BE OPEN IN A MONTH, OR LESS.

THE MAQ-TOWN DINER OPENED FRIDAY AND WILL BE OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY.
OWNER IS JASON FAULKNER.     THE HOME OF THE $3.99 FULL BREAKFAST.
A BOTTOM-LESS CUP OF COFFEE FOR 90-CENTS.

A DOZEN PEOPLE HAVE ALREADY SIGNED-UP FOR THE KMAQ
CHRISTMAS TRIP TO BRANSON.
