BEAUTIFUL DAY IN MAQUOKETA...SUNNY AND HIGH OF 66.

KALLIE STEINER AND MARKUS MYSAK OF MAQUOKETA ARE PARENTS OF A BOY BORN OCTOBER 19TH AT THE LOCAL HOSPITAL. GRANDPARENTS ARE MATTHEW AND REBECCA DIRKS OF MAQUOKETA.

LAVANCHE O'HARA, AGE 89 DIED LAST FRIDAY AT A CARE CENTER IN DUBUQUE.
HER LATE HUSBAND WAS JIM, CO-OWNER OF HAYLOCK & O'HARA FUNERAL HOME
IN MAQUOKETA. SHE IS SURVIVED BY ONE DAUGHTER, KATHY, MRS. PHIL ROMER
OF PEOSTA AND TWO SONS, JOHN PAT AND RICHARD, BOTH OF PEOSTA.

KENNETH ALLEN, 79, OF MAQUOKETA, DIED LAST THURSDAY AT HIS NEW HOME IN MAQUOKETA. HE IS SURVIVED BY HIS WIFE DARLENE, AND 4 SONS.

MAX GISEL, 82, OF ANDREW, DIED FRIDAY AT A CARE CENTER IN BELLEVUE.

MILDRED OESTERN, 85, OF MAQUOKETA, DIED TODAY AT THE LOCAL HOSPITAL.
SHE WORKED IN SEVERAL HOSPITALS, INCLUDING THE JACKSON COUNTY PUBLIC HOSPITAL IN MAQUOKETA. SURVIVORS INCLUDE 2 DAUGHTERS AND 1 SON, GARY,OF MAQUOKETA.

THERE WILL BE NO REPORT TOMORROW. I AM GOING TO THE WORLD SERIES AND WATCH THE CARDINALS BEAT BOSTON TOMORROW NIGHT.
