ASH AT 13 PERCENT.    ASH TREES ARE SUSCEPTIBLE TO THE EMERAL ASH
BORER AND THERE IS NO STOPPING THE ASH BORER AND SO THEREFORE CITIES NEED TO BE PREPARED.     TREES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WERE
NOT INVENTORIED.     THE REPORT SAYS THE CITY NEEDS TO REMOVE 43 ASH TREES THAT ARE A POTENTIAL HAZARD AND ARE LARGE TREES IN
POOR CONDITION.    OF THE 102 ASH TREES ON CITY PROPERTY, 11 SHOW
