BOB AND CAROL KILBURG HAVE BEEN IN THE MEAT BUSINESS IN PRESTON
SINCE 1967, BECOMING PARTNERS THEN WITH ALEX AND RUTH ANN BORMAN. AFTER THE SUDDEN DEATH OF ALEX IN 2006, BOB AND CAROL PURCHASED RUTH AND ALEX'S PART OF THE BUSINESS. THIS MONTH, BOB AND CAROL ANNOUNCED THAT THEY HAVE SOLD THE PRESTON MEATS WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTION PART OF THEIR BUSINESS TO AN ILLINOIS FIRM NEAR ST. LOUIS. THE PRESTON MEATS AND PRESTON GROCERY WILL CONTINUE TO BE OWNED AND OPERATED BY BOB AND CAROL. THEY ASKED KMAQ NEWS TO THANK THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR
BUSINESS AND LOYALTY THE PAST 50 YEARS AND THAT THEY ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO SERVING JACKSON AND CLINTON COUNTY FOR MANY MORE
