THE COUNCIL ACCEPTED THE RESIGNATION OF REBECCA TUBBS LICHTER FROM THE LIBRARY BOARD. SHE HAS SERVED ON THAT BOARD FOR 20 YEARS AND IS PLANNING TO MOVE FROM THE COMMUNITY.
MAYOR DON SCHWENKER APPOINTED JEANNIE JORGENSEN OF MAQUOKETA TO REPLACE HER ON THE LIBRARY BOARD.
