THE MAQUOKETA GIRLS DEFEATED DEWITT LAST NIGHT, THERE, BY 3 POINTS AND NOW PLAY DUBUQUE WAHLERT
TOMORROW NIGHT.

TONIGHT, MAQUOKETA BOYS PLAY HOST TO NON-CONFERENCE MAQUOKETA VALLEY. THEY ARE #4 IN THE STATE, BUT IN CLASS 2-A. MAQUOKETA IS 3-A. SHOULD BE A GOOD GAME.

I WILL TRY TO PUT THE SCORE HERE TOMORROW.

SUNDAY, I WILL ALSO TRY TO PUT UP THE SCORE ON THE GIRL'S SATURDAY NIGHT GAME.

ROSS AND VIVIAN RIVER OF MAQUOKETA THIS WEEK ARE CELEBRATING THEIR 50TH YEAR IN BUSINESS IN MAQUOKETA.
QUITE AN ACCOMPLISHMENT. AND THEY ARE STILL AT IT! FOR MANY YEARS, THEY HAVE BEEN IN THE WICK BUILDINGS BUSINESS. WICK BUILDS EVERYTHING FROM FARMS TO HOMES, TO CHURCH AND SCHOOL.....THEY BUILD FOR ANY PURPOSE. AND ROSS AND VIVIAN ARE ONE OF THE TOP DEALERS IN THE MIDWEST. IN EARLIER YEARS, THEY WERE IN THE FEED BUSINESS AND SILO BUSINESS. AND..SINCE WE WENT ON THE AIR OVER 45 YEARS AGO, THEY HAVE BEEN
CONTINOUS ADVERTISERS.
