IN CAREFREE, ARIZONA.
THEY LOVE THE LITTLE TOWN....ONLY 3,500 PEOPLE....AND BOUGHT A LARGE
HOME WHERE SHE AND TIM LIVE IN THE WALK-OUT BASEMENT LEVEL AND
PAT AND JOAN LIVE ON THE MAIN LEVEL(NO STEPS).....WITH TOTAL OF 5 DOGS.
TRACY AND TIM BOTH WORK IN PHOENIX AND COMMUTE AND PAT HAS
AN IN-HOUSE STUDIO TO DO PAINTING AND JOAN'S HEALTH IS DOING BETTER IN THE SUNNY AND WARM CONDITIONS OF ARIZONA. IF YOU LIKE, EMAIL
ME AND I WILL FORWARD THE LETTER TO YOU. THEY STILL HAVE A
CONNECTION WITH MAQUOKETA AS THEY HAVE NOT SOLD THE
OLD MILL EVENTS CENTER (PAT'S FORMER ART GALLERY) JUST EAST OF
TOWN. IT IS FOR SALE. PAT HAS HIS OLD ANTIQUE TRUCK DOWN THERE
AND RUNS IT AROUND TOWN A LOT.
