OF A NEW CIVIL SECRETARY. KIM CLARK OF MAQUOKETA WAS HIRED AND
SHE WILL START DECEMBER 1ST. SHE REPLACES JUDY SCHNEIDER WHO IS RETIRING AFTER WORKING IN THE DEPARTMENT FOR 19 1/2 YEARS.
THERE WERE 98 APPLICANTS FOR THE JOB.'
