BELOW, ANOTHER PPP HIT .. 2007 .. A CHRISTMAS STORY

HAPPY JOE'S IN MAQUOKETA WAS CLOSED ALL DAY AND WILL BE CLOSED
TONIGHT.   OVERNIGHT, RUMOR HAS IT, THERE WAS A ROBBERY AT THE RESTAURANT OR APPARENT ROBBERY.   THE POLICE DEPARTMENT WILL SAY ONLY THAT THERE IS AN INVESTIGATION GOING ON.    THERE WERE SEVERAL
PATROL CARS THERE YET LATE THIS MORNING AND EARLY THIS AFTERNOON, A POLICE CAR BLOCKED THE ENTRANCE.   FRUSTRATING
WHEN LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL NOT RELEASE INFORMATION TO THE
MEDIA.

TOOK THIS PHOTO LATE THIS AFTERNOON AT THE CORNER OF MAIN AND
MAPLE.  THIS IS WHERE THE STREETSCAPE ENDS.   ON DECEMBER 1ST,
THIS INTERSECTION WILL BE OPEN AGAIN AND THE 9 MONTH PROJECT
WILL BE DONE.
THIS MORNING THE WEEKLY UPDATE MEETING WAS HELD AT CITY
HALL AND BELOW IS THE KMAQ NEWS STORY ABOUT IT.

  1. THE MEDIA DOES ENOUGH TO BLOW THINGS OUT OF PROPORTION! LOOK AT THE COVERAGE ON STUPID BLM PEOPLE JUST GIVING THEM ATTENTION AND CREATING MORE HAZARDS FOR THE REST OF US. OR THEY ONLY BUTTER UP THEIR PALS, ECT
