THE CITY OF MAQUOKETA OPENED BIDS TO RE-DO A TWO BLOCK LENGTH OF NORTH VERMONT, WITH A $300,000 ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE. THERE WERE 9 BIDS AND THE LOW WAS ROUGHLY $225,000. THE DUBUQUE FIRM WILL
GET THE CONTRACT AND WILL DO THE WORK WITHIN 40 WORKING DAYS AND STARTING NO LATER THAN JULY 31.
