MONDAY DAILY REPORT

HALF INCH OF RAIN OVER THE WEEKEND.
IT STOPPED SATURDAY EARLY AFTERNOON.
DIDN'T HURT TRICK OR TREATING IN MAQUOKETA.
WE HAD OVER 200 AT OUR DOOR BETWEEN 5 AND 7.
GUY IN DUBUQUE KEPT TRACK AND HAD OVER 1,200 ON POPULAR
GRANDVIEW DRIVE.
GOOD TURNOUT FRIDAY AND SATURDAY FOR THE HAUNTED OLD JAIL IN ANDREW AND OLD ASYLUM AT THE COUNTY FARM....DONATIONS CLOSE TO $2,000 TO BE USED FOR FUTURE RESTORATION WORK ON BOTH PLACES.
BARN THEATRE ON CODFISH HOLLOW ROAD HAD SELL OUT OF 600 FOR
THEIR 3 BAND CONCERT.   NAME BANDS.
HAUNTED HOUSE AT CHARLOTTE HAD OVER A THOUSAND THIS PAST WEEKEND, THE 3RD WEEKEND THEY WERE OPEN.
WAS A POTTER'S MILL SATURDAY NIGHT FOR DINNER, GOOD FOOD, GOOD BAND, FUNNY COSTUMES.   BIG TURN OUT FOR HISTORICAL SOCIETY
DINNER AT FAIRGROUNDS YESTERDAY....OVER 600 GOOD... CHICKEN AND
BEEF AND I HAD PUMPKIN PIE.

NICE TODAY...MID 70'S...AND SUNNY.   70'S ALSO TOMORROW AND
WEDNESDAY AND UPPER 60'S THURSDAY AND THE WEEKEND ...
ONLY IN MID 50'S.

BIG GAME TONIGHT AT 7 AT BRADY STREET STADIUM IN DAVENPORT....
THE CARDINALS AGAINST ASSUMPTION.    IT WILL BE HERE ON  KMAQ
HOME PAGE AT 6:40 WITH  MATT CLARK.    AND AFTER THE GAME IS
OVER, I WILL POST THE STORE HERE TONIGHT.

JUST GOT THEM "BOOKED"....STARTING FRIDAY AT MY THEATRE...TWO
NEW MOVIES..."THE PEANUTS  MOVIE" AND OO7 "SPECTRE".

LAST NIGHT, WE SAW "THE INTERN" WITH ROBERT DENIRO....VERY GOOD SHOW.. VERY FUNNY.   ENDS THURSDAY NIGHT.

OSTERHAUS PHARMACY HELD THEIR 50TH LAST WEEK AND PRIZES WERE
ANNOUNCED TODAY:      KINDLE FIRE WINNER, DELORES HUFFMAN....
FIT BIT WINNER, JASON CAVEN....$50 GIFT CARDS WON BY ANGELA CLAEYS,
CINDY FIER, CASEY BROOKS AND SUSAN SIEMS.     FOR DECORATED PUMPKIN CONTEST, THE TOP PRIZE WENT TO THE GUMBALL MACHINE.
OSCAR THE GROUCH CAME IN SECOND AND T HE IOWA HAWKEYE PUMPKIN
CAME IN THIRD.      THE 11 DECORATED BRAS IN THE PHARMACY PINK
WARDROBE RAISED ALMOST $200 FOR BREAST CANCER RESEARCH.

ELECTION DAY TOMORROW WITH VOTING STARTING AT 7.    ENDING AT 8 P.M.
WE WILL HAVE ELECTION COVERAGE "LIVE" FROM THE COURTHOUSE
SHORTLY AFTER 8 TOMORROW NIGHT...RIGHT HERE ON THE KMAQ
HOME PAGE.

"STREAM"  KMAQ  AT THE 7:45 A.M. NEWS TOMORROW FOR THE RACES.
MAQUOKETA HAS THREE, INCLUDING FOR MAYOR.
