THE PITCH HIT AND RUN EVENT WAS SATURDAY AND HOSTED BY
THE MAQUOKETA KIWANIS CLUB IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE MAQUOKETA YMCA'S HEALTHY KIDS DAY.   THE LOCAL WINNERS NOW ADVANCE TO
SECTIONAL COMPETITION ON SATURDAY, MAY 9TH AT BETTENDORF.
THE WINNERS BELOW....

FRONT:   JUSTICE ARMBRUSTER...JORDAN ARMBRUSTER...KASEDI FRAZIER...JENNA WIEBENGA....BEAU SAID....AND TYE  HARDIN.
BACK:   REBEKAH POWLOSKI...JADE ARMBRUSTER...MACKENZIE SAID...
DAMIEN SUTTON AND PEYTON SUTTON.

YESTERDAY, IN GIRLS TRACK AT THE SABER RELAYS IN DEWITT....MAQUOKETA TOOK 4TH IN THE 7 SCHOOL MEET.
GIRLS GOLF, WESTERN DUBUQUE DEFEATED THE CARDINALS,  208 TO 228.
LIZ GAVIN HAD BEST MAQUOKETA SCORE, 55.
