THE JACKSON COUNTY SUPERVISORS TALKED ABOUT ATV'S AT THEIR
MEETING THIS WEEK. COUNTY ATTORNEY SARA DAVENPORT CHECKED WITH THE IOWA ATTORNEY GENERAL AND ATV'S CAN NOT RIDE ON GRAVEL ROADS IN IOWA. FARMERS ARE ALLOWED TO RIDE ATV'S FROM FARM TO
FARM. ATV GROUPS CAN RIDE ON COUNTY ROADS FOR A SPECIFIC
EVENT, NOT JUST ANY TIME. IT WAS MENTIONED AT THE MEETING THAT SOME DOCTORS AT UNIVERSITY OF IOWA HOSPITALS AND CLINICS ISSUED A 48 PAGE REPORT ON THE DANGERS OF RIDING ATV'S.
