A 3-VEHICLE AROUND 8 SATURDAY NIGHT NEAR THE DAIRY QUEEN.
RICHARD WAGGONER, 46, OF MAQUOKETA WAS STOPPED ON MAIN
WAITING TO TURN LEFT INTO DQ PARKING LOT....TYSON HALL, 27, OF
MAQUOKETA WAS DRIVING BEHIND HIM AND DID NOT GET STOPPED AND HIT THE WAGGONER VEHICLE. RONALD TILL, 32, OF DEWITT, WAS BEHIND TYSON HALL AND DID NOT GET STOPPED AND HIT THE REAR OF THE HALL
VEHICLE. AT LEAST $1,000 IN DAMAGES TO EACH VEHICLE. TYSON HALL AND RONALD HILL WERE EACH CHARGED WITH FAILURE TO STOP IN AN ASSURED CLEAR DISTANCE. NO INJURIES. MAIN STREE WAS SHUT DOWN FOR A SHORT TIME WHILE THE VEHICLE WERE CLEARED.
TWO VEHICLES COLLIDED AT MAIN AND JUDSON AT 5 P.M. JULY 10TH.
KATIE PARTON, 31, OF MAQUOKETA WAS CHARGED WITH DRIVING TOO
CLOSE AND CALERIE ANDERSON, 22, OF DEWITT WAS MOVING SLOWLY,
WAITING FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE TO TURN AND PARTON DID NOT
SEE THE ANDERSON VEHICLE AND COLLIDED WITH IT. OVER $1,000 IN DAMAGES TO EACH CAR AND NO INJURIES.

SOMEONE DAMAGED THE REST ROOM AT PERXACTLY BAR AND GRILL.
