THAT WOULD BE RECEIVING THE AWARD. HE HAS BEEN LIVING AT
CLOVER RIDGE PLACE. WOSOBA FROM RURAL MAQUOKETA WAS SELECTED FOR HER MANY HOURS OF VOLUNTEER WORK FOR THE PARTY.
