TODAY, HIGH OF 66 WITH MOSTLY CLOUDY CONDITIONS.

WEEKEND, STILL LOOKING NICE.

VINTAGE TORQUEFEST, BIGGER AND BETTER, WILL RETURN TO MAQUOKETA
NEXT MAY 4TH AND 5TH, AT THE FAIRGROUNDS. JOHN WELLS, THE ORGANIZER,
INFORMED EVERYONE ON KMAQ'S "JUST TALK" SHOW TOMORROW.
HE SIGNED A CONTRACT YESTERDAY WITH THE FAIRBOARD.

  4. Great to hear TorqueFest will be back to Maquoketa. We live several hours from the old stomping grounds and due to scheduling conflicts could not make it back. Hopefully next year. Thanks for keeping us informed Dennis.

Awesome to read the GOOD news for torque fest 2012, i would of been disapointed if there wasn't an agreement. this town needs a different event just like this one for others to enjoy. not just your ordinary garage sale, swap meet, or quilt shot event! I hope they want to continue to come back and people on the board welcomes them back as well!
