THIS ALLOWS HIS PROBATION OFFICER TO TRACK HIS WHEREABOUTS AND HE
CAN NOT LEAVE MAQUOKETA. HIS WIFE, DANIELLE, HAS A PRE-TRIAL

CHARGED. THE CAR HE HIT IS REGISTERED TO MITCHELL LOY OF MAQUOKETA.
THAT CAR RECEIVED $10,000 IN DAMAGES. CHARLEY'S CAR, $500.
POLICE BLOTTER OVER THE WEEKEND.
RON FRANDSEN OF MAQUOKETA SAID SOMEONE SLASHED A TIRE ON HIS CAR.
BILL BOWMASTER OF MAQUOKETA REPORTED SLASHED TIRES FRIDAY NIGHT.
MODONNA CLARK OF MAQUOKETA REPORTED SUNDAY MORNING THAT HER
VEHICLE HAD BEEN RANSACKED.
