RYAN GARIEN, AGE 26, WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT AT 5:26 YESTERDAY AFTERNOON ON THE BELLEVUE-CASCADE ROAD.
HE WAS A PASSENGER IN A VEHICLE WHICH ROLLED AND GARIEN WAS THROWN FROM THE VEHICLE. THE DRIVER WAS DONALD McLAUGHLIN, AGE 27, OF MAQUOKETA.
HE WAS TRAPPED AND EXTRICATED BY THE LAMOTTE RESCUE SQUAD. HE WAS TAKEN TO MERCY IN DUBUQUE AND I HEARD HAS A BROKEN NECK. RYAN
WORKED WITH HIS DAD, RICK, AT GARIEN PLUMBING AND HEATING, IN MAQUOKETA.
