BOLLMAN WILL BE PAID $60,000 AND WILL START AUGUST 1ST. THERE WERE 28 CANDIDATES FOR THE JOB. BOLLMAN HAS TAUGHT IN THE MAQUOEKETA ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS FOR 22 YEARS. SHE RECENTLY RECEIVED A MASTERS OF SCIENCE DEGREE IN EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP FROM WESTERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY.
RICK BICKFORD, AGE 69, OF BELOIT, DIED YESTERDAY AT THE BELOIT HOSPITAL.
THE FUNERAL WILL BE MONDAY. HE WAS A 1956 GRADUATE OF MAQUOKETA HIGH SCHOOL. HE IS SURVIVED BY HIS WIFE, JEAN, THREE DAUGHTERS, SIX GRANDCHILDREN AND 8 BROTHERS AND SISTERS, INCLUDING JAKE, DEAN AND
BRAD ALL IN MAQUOKETA.
FORMER MAQUOKETA RESIDENT, BARBARA DUGAN, AGE 63, OF MAPLE PLAIN, MINNESOTA, DIED TUESDAY AFTERNOON IN MAPLE PLAIN.

MADDY BOHANNON, AGE 9, OF DEWITT AND FORMERLY OF MAQUOKETA, DIED YESTERDAY AT UNIVERSITY HOSPITALS, AFTER A BATTLE WITH CANCER.
