KMAQ HAS TWO STAFF OPENINGS. BOB WARNER, HAS RETIRED AFTER 37 GOOD YEARS AT KMAQ AND IS CURRENTLY LIVING IN DUBUQUE. WE WILL REALLY MISS HIM HERE, AND WISH HIM THE BEST IN RETIREMENT. NATE CLASEN, MY GRANDSON, HAS LEFT KMAQ TO DO CONSTRUCTION WORK WITH HIS DAD'S FIRM AND WE NEED TO HIRE A STUDENT OR OLDER PERSON TO WORK SOME OF THE THE EVENING AND WEEKEND SHIFTS AT KMAQ. JOE BRUNO, HOME FROM COLLEGE FOR THE SUMMER, HAS BEEN DOING A GREAT JOB AS AN ANNOUNCER AND SOON WILL BE STARTING HIS JUNIOR YEAR AT CORNELL COLLEGE IN MT. VERNON.
WE WISH HIM THE BEST IN THE YEAR AHEAD. HIS DAD, ROBERT, IS A FULLTIME ANNOUNCER HERE AT KMAQ.
