MAQUOKETA POLICE BLOTTER: RANDY KUHLMAN OF 801 GRANT STREET SAID SOMEONE TOOK A WOOD CARVED WIZARD FROM HIS YARD, WITH A VALUE OF $250. DAVE EDWARDS OF S. CLARK STREET SAID SOMEONE BROKE THE HOLIDAY LIGHTS IN THE YARD. KATIE HOVEY SAID SOMEONE TOOK HER PURSE FROM THE KITCHEN AT THE EAGLES CLUB YESTERDAY AND BRANDON MEIER SAID SOMEONE BROKE THE WINDSHIELD OF HIS TRUCK WHILE PARKED AT THE JACKSON COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS.

MINOR ACCIDENT YESTERDAY MORNING AT CORNER OF PLATT AND OLIVE STREETS. ONE CAR DRIVEN BY NATHAN MUHS, AGE 26, AND OTHER BY DOUGLAS LEON, AGE 53. CHARGES PENDING. DAMAGE TO EACH CAR, ABOUT $2,000.

SHIRLEY FELDERMAN, AGE 65, OF SPRAGUEVILLE, HIT A COW HEAD-ON WITH HER 92 BUICK LAST NIGHT NORTHEAST OF PRESTON. THE REPORT SAYS NEITHER FELDERMAN OR THE COW WERE INJURED.
$3,000 DAMAGE TO THE CAR.
