WEDNESDAY DAILY


THE ABOVE PHOTO IS WITH THE OBITUARY OF ROBERT K. BROWN AT DUNLAP FUNERAL FUNERAL HOME IN FORT ATKINSON, WISCONSIN
THE ABOVE HAS BEEN POSTED IN THE KMAQ HALLWAY.
IT HAS BEEN THERE 10 YEARS.
TODAY, BOB BROWN DIED AT AGE 98.
HIS WIFE ELAINE DIED A FEW YEARS AGO.
THEY AND THEIR 2 CHILDREN LIVED IN MAQUOKETA FOR A YEAR.
HE LIVED IN HIS FT. ATKINSON, WISCONSIN, HOME UNTIL EARLIER THIS YEAR AND THEN HAD TO GO TO A HOSPITAL FOR A THROAT PROBLEM.
NANCY AND I LAST VISITED HIM BEFORE LAST CHRISTMAS AND WE EMAILED
EACY OTHER REGULARLY.    A SAD DAY TODAY.
HE IS THE LAST OF THE 1958 KMAQ ORIGINAL STAFF, EXCEPT FOR ME .... AND
RED HENTON, AGE 99, WHO WAS NOT A STAFF MEMBER IN 1958  BUT DID
SING ON THE STATION OFTEN.
