MONDAY DAILY REPORT

LIGHT RAIN..NO SUNSHINE..HIGH TODAY 40.
THIS WAS AFTER A PRETTY GOOD WEEKEND WEATHERWISE.
TONIGHT, RAIN AND 32.
TOMORROW, CHANCE OF SNOW AND 36 FOR A HIGH.
WEDNESDAY, MOSTLY CLOUDY AND 38.
THURSDAY, SUNNY AND 39.
FRIDAY, SUNNY AND 42.
SATURDAY, SUNNY AND 44.

THE FIRST WRESTLING DUAL MEET OF THE SEASON WAS SCHEDULED FOR
TONIGHT AT THE MCHS GYM BUT BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER, WAS
POSTPONED UNTIL LATER IN DECEMBER.

MAQUOKETA POLICE OFFICER BRENDAN ZIMET INVESTIGATED A 2-CAR
ACCIDENT FRIDAY THAT SENT A MONMOUTH WOMAN TO THE HOSPITAL.
DAVID FULLER, AGE 30, OF MONMOUTH WAS GOING SOUTH ON SOUTH MAIN STREET AND DAVID BRADY, AGE 66, OF MAQUOKETA, FAILED TO OBEYU
THE STOP SIGN AT WEST SUMMIT AND STRUCK FULLER'S VEHICLE.
FULLER WAS NOT INJURED, BUT HIS PASSENGER CHELSEA FULLER,
AGE 29, OF MONMOUTH WAS TAKEN TO THE MAQUOKETA HOSPITAL
AMBULANCE FOR TREATMENT OF  INJURIES.    $3,000 DAMAGE TO
THE FULLER 2008 DODGE AND $2,000 DAMAGE TO THE BRADY 2016
CHEVY.    BRADY WAS CITED FOR FAILURE TO OBEY A STOP SIGN.

CLUB hOpe OF THE HIGH SCHOOL COLLECTED CAN GOODS YESTERDAY
FOR THE COMMUNITY CUPBOARD.   THE MEMBERS WERE DIVIDED INTO
5 TEAMS AND WERE DRESSED HEAD TO TOE IN DIFFERENT COLORS.
THE TEAM THAT COLLECTED THE MOST CANS WILL BE TREATED TO
A PIZZA PARTY.       A TOTAL OF 2,662 CANS WERE COLLECTED.  

AT THE COMMUNITY THANKSGIVING DINNER THURSDAY AT THE SENIOR CENTER, 125 ATE AT THE CENTER AND THERE WAS A RECORD NUMBER
OF CARRYOUTS, 114.
