THIS PHOTO IS MAINLY FOR MANY OF YOU THAT HAVE KNOWN "DOC" FOR
MANY YEARS. OWNER BRAD ASBY ABOVE IS SHOWN WITH HIS LAB "DOC"
AT HIS HOME AT THE HORSEBARN AT THE JACKSON COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS IN MAQUOKETA. BRAD AND LAURIE OF EAST PLATT IN MAQUOKETA HAVE OWNED "DOC" FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS AND HE STILL, SLOWLY, GETS AROUND.
HE WON'T CHAISE BALLS LIKE IN THE OLD DAYS. AND BRAD CONTINUES TO TRAIN HARNESS RACE HORSES, WHICH HAS BEEN ALMOST A LIFETIME JOB.
