90'S+  ALL THIS WEEK...WITH LITTLE OR NO RAIN.
 
A MAQUOKETA MAN WAS CHARGED WITH DRUNKIN DRIVING IN IOWA CITY EARLY YESTERDAY....AND HE TOLD OFFICERS THERE HE THOUGHT HE WAS IN AFGHANISTAN AND THAT THE OFFICERS WERE
AL-QAIDA MEMBERS.  ANDREW LANGE, 22, FACES SEVERAL CHARGES.
AT AROUND 2 A.M. SUNDAY HE WAS DRIVING WITHOUT HEADLIGHTS ON AND HE VEERED INTO SOME STOPPED POLICE CARS THAT WERE, WITH
EMERGENCY LIGHTS ON, RESPONDING TO AN ASSAULT.    POLICE HAD
TO PHYSICALLY REMOVE LANGE FROM HIS CAR.

A BELLEVUE WOMAN WAS THE WINNER IN THE NEW-CAR RAFFLE IN BELLEVUE LAST  NIGHT.   SHE IS TRICIA SCHWAGER.

POLICE BLOTTER:    DON YANDA REPORTED WINDOWS WERE BROKEN
IN THE NFO MARKETING BUILDING   YESTERDAY MORNING.
MAGGIE KNAPP ON GERMAN STREET REPORTED YESTERDAY THAT HER CAR  HAD BEEN SCRATCHED.
RICHARD DELANEY OF EAST WASHINGTON STREET SAID YESTERDAY MORNING THAT A MOTOR WAS STOLLEN FROM HIS BOAT.

CITY COUNCIL MEETING TONIGHT.

FRIDAY, THE CARDINAL GIRL'S SOFTBALL TEAM LOST THEIR TWO
GAMES IN THE MARION TOURNAMENT....LOOSING TO UNION LAPORTE CITY AND TO MARION.

"THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN" STARTS NATION-WIDE TOMORROW INCLUDING
AT THE VOY 1 THEATRE AND THE 61 DRIVE-IN THEATRE.

LAST NIGHT, WE SAW "THE BEST EXOTIC MARIGOLD HOTEL".
