COLD TODAY...HIGH IN THE UPPER TEENS.
DOWN TO A SINGLE DIGIT LOW TONIGHT.
THEN WARMING UP STARTING TOMORROW
AND BY WEEKEND IN THE 40'S.

WINNERS OF THE FESTIVAL OF TREES AT OHNWARD FINE ARTS CENTER
HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED.
BRANDENBURG DRAINAGE, INC. TOOK FIRST PLACE IN THE LARGE TREE
CATEGORY.
EDWARD JONES INVESTMENTS WON FIRST PLACE IN THE SMALL TREE
CATEGORY.
JERRY AND DOT BULLOCK TOOK FIRST PLACE IN THE WREATH AREA.
PEOPLES CHOICE AWARDS WERE:   LECHTENBERG DENTAL FOR THE LARGE TREE, DAC FOR THE SMALL TREE AND JACKSON COUNTY REGIONAL HEALTH CENTER FOR THE WREATH.

CITY COUNCIL MEETING AT 7 TONIGHT.
ON THE AGENDA, THE 2015 BUDGET FOR MAQUOKETA MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC  UTILITY AND THERE WILL BE A DISCUSSION ON SNOW PLOWING THIS
WINTER.
