MAQUOKETA RECEIVED OVER AN INCH OF RAIN YESTERDAY MORNING
AROUND 7. THEN, A NICE BUT WARM DAY AFTER..... AND TODAY, SUNNY,
WARM AND PRETTY DESCENT.

THE JACKSON COUNTY SUPERVISORS, JACKSON COUNTY CONSERVATION BOARD, AND THE JACKSON COUNTY ATV CLUB WILL HAVE A JOINT MEETING AT 7 TOMORROW NIGHT AT THE HURSTVILLE INTREPRETIVE CENTER, TO DISCUSS ALLOWING ATV VEHICLES TO RIDE ON CONSERVATION LAND. FOLLOWING THAT MEETING, THE CONSERVATION BOARD WILL HOLD THEIR REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING.

MORE THAN A SEMI-TRUCK LOAD OF ELECTRONIC WASTE WAS COLLECTED LAST SATURDAY MORNING AT THE JACKSON COUNTY SANITARY LANDFILL NORTHWEST OF ANDREW. DIRECTOR MARK BECK CALLED IT A HUGE SUCCESS. JACKSON COUNTY RESIDENTS WERE ABLE TO UNLOAD THEIR OLD COMPUTERS AND TVS FOR FREE.
