WE WENT TO ST. LOUIS TO SEE 42ND ST. AT THE MUNY, SAW THE CARDINALS DEFEAT THE TIGERS, VISITED THE ARCH AND TOOK A BUD BREWERY TOUR. AND ON WAY HOME, STOPPED AT ABE LINCOLN MUSEUM IN SPRINGFIELD.

IT HAS BEEN A HOT WEATHER WEEK.

TODAY, A STORM THIS MORNING PASSED AROUND TO THE NORTH OF MAQUOKETA.
THEN SUNNY SKIES AND DESCENT WEATHER.
THEN...LATE THIS AFTERNOON, ANOTHER STORM ROLLED IN. HEAVY RAIN.
THUNDER AND LIGHTNING. A FLOOD WARNING FOR THE KMAQ AREA IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 TONIGHT BECAUSE OF THE HEAVY RAIN.

TOMORROW IS SUPPOSED TO BE A VERY GOOD DAY AND SUNDAY, FATHER'S DAY
NOT BAD EITHER. AND MID 80 WEATHER CONTINUES TOMORROW UNTIL AT LEAST THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK. SUNDAY IS THE FIRST DAY SUMMER.

PAT BOLLMAN, MAQUOKETA HIGH BOYS BASEBALL COACH, GOT HIS 300TH WIN LAST NIGHT AS A COACH. CONGRATULATIONS.

OUR FM TRANSMITTER GOT HIT IN THIS AFTERNOON'S STORM. WE ARE BACK ON THE AIR, BUT NOT A FULL POWER. MAY BE A FEW DAYS BEFORE WE GET PARTS AND BACK TO FULL POWER. IT TOOK QUITE A IT. SO, NO STREAMING OF THE FM SIGNAL ON YOUR COMPUTER.

THE ROTARY DUCK RACE IS SUNDAY NOON AT THE YMCA. TODAY, ON THE KMAQ GUEST BOOK, I ENTERED THE NAMES OF 170 NEW DUCK OWNERS, BRINGING THE TOTAL NOW TO 635 . EVERYONE THAT HAS BOUGHT A DUCK SO FAR IS LISTED ON THE KMAQ GUEST BOOK. THERE HAVE BEEN 13 GUEST BOOK ENTRIES, SO TO FIND YOUR NAME, YOU WILL NEED TO LOOK A BIT, BUT IT IS THERE.
