NEW CLINTON COUNTY SATELLITE OFFICE BUILDING

RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY AT 4 YESTERDAY AFTERNOON IN DEWITT.
THE LOCATION IS WHERE FOR MANY YEARS THE CANDLE LIGHT RESTAURANT WAS LOCATED.      THE FOUR WITH THE SCISSORS:  SUPERVISOR JOHN STASZEWSKI, DEWITT MAYOR DON THILTGEN, SUPERVISOR JILL DAVISSON AND SUPERVISOR BRIAN SCHMIDT.
 SUPERVISOR BRIAN SCHMIDT OF DELMAR AND THE SHERIFF
OF CLINTON COUNTY RICK LINCOLN STAND AT THE ENTRANCE.
 IT WAS A 3 PHASE, 3 YEAR PROJECT.   THE LARGE GARAGE ABOVE, BASICALLY FOR SHERIFF'S  DEPARTMENT SQUAD CARS,  STILL NEEDS TO BE FINISHED.    SHEETS CONSTRUCTION OF MAQUOKETA
WAS THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR THE ENTIRE COMPLEX.    A REAL
ASSET FOR DEWITT AND A REAL CONVENIENCE FOR THE WESTERN HALF OF
CLINTON COUNTY RESIDENT.
