NEXT TO FORMER PAWN SHOP, THIS BANK BUILDING IS FOR SALE.   I'VE HEARD FOR

BEHIND THOSE 9 UPSTAIRS WINDOWS WILL BE  5  NEW APARTMENTS LATER
THIS  YEAR OR EARLY NEXT YEAR.    ACCESS BY NEW ELEVATOR.

NEW, JUST OPENED IN BUILDING BEHIND THE MAQUOKETA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OFFICE.     JOHNORA RENNER IS A MAQUOKETA NATIVE.

AT THE FAR RIGHT, A  GARAGE DOOR.
BEHIND THAT DOOR, READ BELOW....
DR. ORVERTURFF HAS HAD THIS DENTAL OFFICE  FOR MANY YEARS, AND
LIVED IN MAQUOKETA FOR AWHILE, THEN FAMILY MOVED TO DUBUQUE.
COMMUTES DAILY BUT ALSO HAS AN APARTMENT IN THE BUILDING.
THIS BUILDING FACES NORTH ARCADE STREET.    THE FRONT PART WAS THE
MAQUOKETA OPTOMETRY OFFICE OF DR. R.G. SKELLY.    HE RETIRED OVER A YEAR AGO AND SOLD HIS PRACTICE TO MAQUOKETA OPTOMETRIST DR. DAVID SYBESMA.

THE OVERTURFF OFFICE IS BEHIND THIS ONE.
