FRIDAY DAILY

"BEAR CREEK LODGE" IN MAQUOKETA,
(LOCATED IN THE FORMER KFC BUILDING)
GAVE THE "STREETSCAPE WORKERS" A 
FREE LUNCH OVER THE NOON HOUR TODAY,
TO THANK THEM FOR THE GREAT JOB THEY HAVE
DONE IN DOWNTOWN MAQUOKETA.   THERE WERE
AROUND 20 IN ATTENDANCE.
IN THE TOP PHOTO IS AMANDA DREW EDWARDS, OWNER OF BEAR CREEK....HER DAD, GARY DREW....AND HER FRIEND SHEENA OBERBROCKLING.
PLEASANT AND 100 BLOCK OF SOUTH MAIN ARE
BOTH NOW OPEN.   WORK CONTINUES ON THE
200 BLOCK OF SOUTH MAIN AND MAPLE STREET.
THOSE STREETS WILL RE-OPEN BY DECEMBER 1ST.    NEW LIGHT POLES AND LIGHTS WILL BE
PUT IN PLACE DURING THE  NEXT TWO WEEKS.

  1. funny how the ones making more than fixed income residents get a free lunch, and they all swarm to it because they are used to cushy jobs and it shows look at the fat guts even cushy authorities fat and obese! get off your ass and do you job, got numerous pot holes all year yes all year! got gutter work on residential streets that need fixed been like this for past 20 years lazy sob's. the gas tax passed couple years ago and not much has been done but your wage increase fatty's
