WEDNESDAY DAILY REPORT

TODAY, 57 AND PARTLY SUNNY AND WINDY.

WE WILL BE IN THE MID TO UPPER 50'S NOW THROUGH THE WEEKEND.

BECAUSE OF THE WEEKEND RAIN, THE BURN BAN IN JACKSON COUNTY
HAS BEEN LIFTED.

THE JACKSON COUNTY SUPERVISORS ARE TAKING BIDS UNTIL MAY 2ND ON 2-ACRES-PLUS  OF LAND THE COUNTY OWNS, JUST UP THE HILL FROM
SUNSHINE SCHOOL, AT GERMAN STREET AND CRESLANE.

AT THEIR MEETING THIS WEEK, THE SCHOOL BOARD TALKED ABOUT NEW HEATING/AIR-CONDITIONING FOR THE MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL.    THERE ARE PROBLEMS  WITH THE BOILERS AND GETTING PARTS.
 FIRST DRIVE-IN (OUT EAST) IN 1933.
