TUESDAY DAILY REPORT

WE HAD A LITTLE RAIN OVERNIGHT AND EARLY THIS MORNING.
THEN CLOUDY SKIES UNTIL THE SUN CAME THROUGH THE CLOUDS
AT MID-AFTERNOON AND WE THEN GOT UP TO 60 TODAY.
LOW TONIGHT, 42.
TOMORROW, CLOUDY AND HIGH OF 57.

THE MAQUOKETA SCHOOL DISTRICT SAW ANOTHER DECLINE FOR
ENROLLMENT THIS YEAR.      25 STUDENTS LOWER  THAN LAST YEAR.

POLICE BLOTTER:    COACH KEVIN BOWMAN REPORTED SEVERAL
FOOTBALL HELMETS WERE TAKEN FROM THE MIDDLE SCHOOL LAST
THURSDAY NIGHT.

A MAQUOKETA NATIVE AND BELLEVUE BUSINESSMAN (CLARK'S BOATS)
KARL CLARK, AGE 74, DIED LAST FRIDAY EVENING AT HIS HOME IN BELLEVUE.  ARRANGEMENTS ARE PENDING AT THE HACHMANN FUNERAL HOME IN BELLEVUE.
