THE DAY STARTED OUT AT 48 DEGREES AT 6 THIS MORNING...
A LITTLE SUNSHINE OVER THE BREAKFAST HOURS...
THEN THE TEMPERATURE STARTED FALLING...
THE CLOUDS MOVED IN....
IT SNOWED A LITTLE...
AND NOW WE ARE AT 32.
OUR BONUS DAY OF THE YEAR, NOT GOOD WEATHER-WISE.

THE JACKSON COUNTY ATV CLUB PROPOSED SOME RECREATIONAL RIDES
BE ALLOWED ON COUNTY ROADS THIS SUMMER.
THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS LISTENED BUT TOOK NO ACTION.
THE CLUB IS HOPING TO HAVE 8 TO 10 RIDES BEGINNING JUNE 9TH AND ENDING IN OCTOBER.

IN BUSINESS NEWS, CARSON AND SON FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION
SERVICE HAS CHANGED THEIR NAME TO "CARSON CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER".

TWO BIG FISH FRYS IN MAQUOKET TOMORROW NIGHT....AT THE EAGLES CLUB AND AT THE HIGH SCHOOL, SPONSORED BY THE FFA.

SPRING IS 3 WEEKS AWAY.
