THE FAST CLYDES BAND OF DUBUQUE PLAYED ROCK AND ROLL MUSIC ON JAMES
STREET NEXT TO THE DECKER HOTEL. THEY WERE BROUGHT TO MAQUOKETA TONIGHT
BY MATT MILLIN, OWNER OF THE DECKER. A BEER TENT WAS ALSO PUT UP
OUTSIDE THE DECKER SELLING BEER AND POP AND BURGERS AND BRATS WERE ALSO
AVAILABLE. THE FAST CLYDES HAVE BEEN PLAYING IN EASTERN IOWA
SINCE JANUARY. TWO FORMER MAQUOKETANS, CURT LICHTER AND DAN CARAWAY
ARE SHOWN HERE WITH THE ELECTRIC GUITAR PLAYER, NAMED JAY. DIDN'T GET
HIS LAST NAME. DAN IS AT THE LEFT, CURT IN THE MIDDLE AND JAY AT RIGHT.
NOTE JAY'S 50'S HAIRDO.
THEY WILL BE PLAYING TOMORROW AFTERNOON AT THE OFF SHORE RESTAURANT
IN BELLEVUE. THEY ARE REALLY A GREAT ROCK AND ROLL BAND, PLAYING HITS
OF THE 50' AND 60S.
