IN BUSINESS NEWS.....TODD KUNAU HAS PURCHASED THE KUNAU IMPLEMENT
BUSINESS FROM HIS FATHER DAN AND UNCLE DICK KUNAU. THE FIRM
WAS STARTED BY HIS GRANDPARENTS IN 1936 AND WILL CELEBRATE
THE 75TH ANNIVERSARY THIS YEAR. THE TWO STORES ARE LOCATED IN
PRESTON AND DEWITT AND 43 PEOPLE ARE EMPLOYED BETWEEN BOTH.

AT THE SUPERVISORS MEETING YESTERDAY, TWO SERVICE AWARDS WERE
PRESENTED FROM THE IOWA STATE ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES. ONE
TO COUNTY RECORDER ARLENE SCHAUF FOR 15 YEARS OF SERVICE AND
THE OTHER TO COUNTY SUPERVISOR JACK WILLEY FOR 20 YEARS OF
SERVICE.
